Scope of service

Mirsam provides web design & development, domain, and hosting services as agreed in each project’s contract or quote. The scope, deliverables, and fees are those stated in your specific agreement.

Payment & billing

• Design & development fees are one-time (or in installments where agreed), per the package or contract.
• Hosting (the Mirsam Care plan) is a recurring subscription billed yearly.
• Domains renew yearly as part of the subscription, at the domain’s actual registrar price (shown at signup and part of your contract), billed together with hosting in one yearly charge.
• Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we never see your full card details.

Renewal, cancellation & refunds

Your hosting subscription renews automatically each year, in one yearly charge covering hosting and domain together, so your site stays online. Renewals are charged at the price agreed at signup; any price change only takes effect after you re-confirm it at checkout. If you have a saved card, renewals are charged to it, and we send you a reminder before each one. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period, and your site keeps running until then. Per the refund policy, payments are non-refundable (apart from billing errors) and no pro-rata refunds are issued for the remainder of a period.
