Refund Policy

The general rule
Payments for Mirsam services (design, hosting, domains) are non-refundable, except for billing errors or where a mandatory law requires otherwise.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period; your site keeps running until then.
- No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remainder of a paid period.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same thing, contact us and we’ll review and correct it. Approved corrections are limited to the amount actually charged and are returned to the original payment method.
